Uppercase partnered with me to visualize the Verdant Apartments in Shoreline, translating their interior design direction into a cohesive set of residential and amenity spaces. I created renderings of clubrooms, coworking areas, lounges, the lobby, and multiple unit styles to study furniture, finishes, lighting, and overall atmosphere before completion. The imagery helped the team evaluate how each space related to the broader design vision while refining individual material and furnishing selections. The final renderings also provided a clear and polished representation of the property for presentations and early marketing.
