Kohler needed a clear visual merchandising guide to help showroom teams set up displays consistently across locations. I helped compile and develop the guide using visual references that demonstrated proper product placement, fixture organization, spacing, and overall presentation according to Kohler’s merchandising standards. The goal was to make the guidelines easy for showroom staff to understand and apply without relying solely on written instructions. The final guide provided a practical visual reference that helped support more consistent, polished displays throughout the showroom environment.
