Carhartt needed a branded floor pad concept for Dick’s Sporting Goods House of Sport locations that could organize apparel and create a stronger in-store presence. I helped design and plan the layout around a large portal wall fixture supported by custom freestanding floor fixtures, developing a cohesive merchandising zone that balanced product density with clear visual moments. The portal wall endcap became a key focal point, featuring a backlit SEG graphic and mannequin presentation designed to draw attention from the aisle and reinforce the Carhartt brand. 3D modeling and renderings were used to study the floor plan, fixture relationships, merchandising, and overall customer experience before installation.
